Il faudrait que nous cherchions \u00e0 voir clair dans cette jungle qui fabrique trop d&rsquo;acteurs priv\u00e9s et gouvernementaux aux ventres bedonnants sans que les services fournis soient fast<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">ueux. Des actions tr\u00e8s claires doivent \u00eatre exig\u00e9es aux prochains pr\u00e9tendants au fauteuil pr\u00e9sidentiel en 2016. Je reste persuad\u00e9 que ce secteur coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de l\u2019INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIQUE SOCIALE sera un grand et un bon levier pour notre D\u00c9VELOPPEMENT.
